ABOUT ME
My first introduction to Encaustic Art was by a French Canadian in 1985. I was fascinated by the technique of painting with an iron. In 1996 while studying for City and Guilds Patchwork and Quilting (part 1 and 2) ,I decided to try out the technique as part of my experimental use of mixed media. I continued as a textile artist with encaustic as a hobby. Due to demand, Encaustic Art has become my main work.
